To further implement his customer-first mission, Rozell added then 15-year industry veteran Chris Polito to his team in 1991 to help bring his vision to life. Rozell also extended the customer-first approach to the service side of his company and added Ted Anderson to his team in 1998 who brought 17 years of industry experience, which included manufacturing, distribution and construction sectors of the business.
